By accessing, using any part of the website or purchasing any products via the website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this agreement, please do not use the website or proceed any further.

This website is owned and operated by Galactic Comics Limited a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11538318 whose registered address is at 72 Acacia Road, Southampton, SO19 7JU (“we”, “our” or “us” hereafter).

This website is hosted by Wix.com.

We reserve, at our sole discretion, the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. All changes will be included within these Terms and Conditions on our website. You should ensure you check our Terms and Conditions upon every visit and purchase made via our website.

Contract

When you place an order to purchase any product(s) from this website it is an offer to purchase the product. 

When we receive your order, we will send a confirmation email detailing your order and any additional costs, such as VAT and postage costs.

A contract between you and us will come into existence when you pay for the purchase of the product.

Pricing

We try to ensure that all product information and further information on the website is accurate. However, errors may occur and we reserve the right to alter product prices and information on this website without notice at any time.

We are under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that had an incorrect price or description.

Product Availability

Our website specialises in both historic comics and pre-orders.

​

Pre-order comics and other products are items that we do not yet have in stock. We will always indicate any anticipated release date, which will be subject to change based on our distributors. We will not, under any circumstance, be liable for delayed or cancelled pre-order products or any changes (including changes to any cover art) made by manufacturers / publishers. Where any pre-order is cancelled, we will cancel your order and refund any amounts paid for the product in question.

We will endeavour to fulfil all orders, however, if the supply of the any product is exhausted and your order cannot be fulfilled, we will cancel your order and refund any amounts paid for the product in question.

We will not be liable for compensating you for any other losses connected with the purchase of products via the website.

Postage

All prices are exclusive of delivery and shipping charges. Postage is calculated by size and weight of the item(s) being shipped. We will dispatch all orders at the earliest convenience (usually within 5 working days), to an address indicated by the customer when the order was placed (and following release for pre-order products). All products are posted Royal Mail or a nominated courier service.

Orders will be shipped once all items in the order are in stock, at our sole discretion we may send out partial orders before having the full order in stock.

All deliveries will be made to the address provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure the address you provide us is accurate and we accept no liability for failure to deliver due to you providing an incorrect delivery address.

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery from confirmation of posting. We will not be held liable to customers for deliveries delayed due to circumstance beyond our control.

Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order up to fourteen days after you have received your order. In the event that you wish to cancel the order, you must inform us in writing by sending an email to Galacticcomics@outlook.com.

All cancelled products must be returned to us unopened in the original packaging, in resalable condition with all seals and wrappings intact. In the event that products have been opened, your right to cancel no longer applies. Products must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. We will refund the cost of the cancelled item, but will not refund any postal charges incurred as part of the initial order or the return postage.

You will be liable for all costs in relation to returning any products due to cancellation.

If we have not yet dispatched the product, we will cancel your order and refund any amounts paid in relation to the product. 

​

You must return the item to us within 14 days of receipt to be entitled for a refund.

​

Faulty Products

Should an item be defective or faulty, you must contact us to arrange the return of the item. 

​

We will replace the product(s) that were faulty or damaged, on a ‘like-for-like’ basis, where possible due to stock levels. Where we cannot offer a replacement, we will refund the cost of the products within your order.

You must return the product(s) to us within 28 days of receipt for faulty, damaged or defective goods to qualify for a refund.

Intellectual Property

All content of this website is the property of Galactic Comics Limited. You may not download or copy material for any use whatsoever in connection with any other website or business.

All trademarks appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners. Use of these trademarks is forbidden unless written permission is obtained from the owner of the trademark.

Data Protection

We will only use your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy as detailed on this website.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from any loss, claim or demand, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your violation/breach of any law or the rights of any third-party.

General

We reserve the right to correct any errors on this website, including the description, price and/or image of a product at any time and to refuse or cancel any order based on such erroneous information.

We reserve the right to decline to provide products to anyone at any time without explanation.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, invalid or unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.

Any failure or delay by us to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right and/or remedy.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of the England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or other matter arising from these Terms and Conditions.
